Alright, my friend needs to know how to add mountPoints in blender for weapons, hats etc.

Thats Milkshape, not Blender

i don't use blender srry...

In Blender, the mount pint for weapons is at the centre of the plane, where the red and green lines meet.

I also need to know about muzzlePoints

press space bar and then add a new armature, place it where you want the mount to be.Go into edit mode while having the armature selected and click on the middle part of it. Then press n and where it says Bone:Bone rename that to muzzlePoint.
mountPoint for where he holds it and mount0-mountwhatever for vehicles. Parent your armatures to your detail32

Yeah, have the bone selected, go into edit mode, then select the whole bone and in the materials section there should be one saying BO:Bone, rename it to BO:muzzlepoint

Do you still need to add a mount point armature, I'm confused.

No, you don't.

Just have the handle of the weapon or whatever at the center of the plane and when you export it to a dts thats where the mount point will be.
