But it's not working.

It's supposed to look mega lovey like the one above, but when I upload it, I get ugly black everywhere as well as a static picture.

I've had this problem with trying to set a gif as my avatar. I think when the forums automatically re-sizes an image, it brakes the gif. If you can scale it down yourself, it would probably work.

By the way, that picture is epic.

Yeah, I'm not quite sure what happened. All I did was scale the image down to a size suitable for use as an avatar.

The problem is the layers aren't the same size as the canvas, thus you have to go through all 53 and make them the size of the image, otherwise it'll stay all jumpy :\
