Trolling is not to be confused with being handicapped or stupid. Trolling is when someone attempts to piss others off purposefully on the internet. If someone is handicapped, it isn't purposeful, he's just loving handicapped.

The misnomer comes from the fact that trolling in general IS handicapped, but that doesn't necessarily mean the offender is handicapped, he's just an starfish.
