Inventory Slot Count Support - Modify/Create players with more slots.

As long as it checks for the player's datablock's maxTools during the loop, rather than just saying 5.

This is a support add-on, not an add-on where you just type /slots ## sam123486. The idea is to have it give other modders create bigger things. If you don't understand the post, then you aren't a modder. I gave all the details that were needed.
