dedicated lan setup not working

i try to setup the rtb dedicated
and i type setupRTBDedicated<"myusername1997man",1>
and it does not work please help me

Not only are you doing it wrong, but the most recent RTB update does this automatically.
If you are however using RTB 2.01 I can suggest two things:
1) Update RTB.
2) Don't type it wrong. setupRTBDedicated("1997man",1);   is the correct way.
