You can ctrl or cmd 0 to record the bricks you put down
Then do that again to sto precording
and press ctrl or cmd enter on the keypad to lay the bricks down that you recorded

In-Game, press CTRL-O or press the escape key and select options, then go to controls, move down the list until you find Start Recording Macro and Stop Recording Macro, then set it to the key you want.
