I can't spawn almost anything

I'm having a major problem. I noticed a couple days ago I couldn't spawn any items/weapons, or emitters. And event bricks always say "Schedule Quota Hit" or something. This only happens when I host a Internet server though. In singleplayer everything works fine. I even tested it with only the default add-ons enabled and still no luck. Please help.

(NOTE: This started happening after I installed Minigame Plus Plus, created by Iban X. I disabled and deleted it too but it still appears in my minigame menu. I don't know why this happens, but additional help on this will also be greatly appreciated.

Use the Advanced Config settings when starting a server to set the internet Quota limits to reasonable levels. Large values such as 9999999999 will probably overflow the counter and reset to 0, disabling the items/emitters/etc.
