So, how do I do make one?

Go into notepad and save it as server.cs. Putting a suffix on files often changes its file type.

did not work, the file just says server.cs.rtf

If this makes a difference, I'm on a mac

Ok fixed it by taking a .CS file out of another add-on and changing it to fit mine
