I have a Dell Latitude D610. The intake and outtake fans are fine, but when I feel the outtake fan it's a little hot, and the memory and CPU parts are a bit burning too.
What can I do to minimize the heat? Underclocking is not an option, my laptop is as slow as it is and I can't even change it probably.

pour some water on it, will seriously cool it down.

Don't do this if you value your laptop.
If you have cookie sheets with raised edges, cover the surface with enough ice that it would touch the top cookie sheet. Cover, duct tape, and cool!

This is normal.
My Gateway M675PRR laptop gets very hot all the time, even with three fans (intake, outtake, video card cooling).
There is nothing you can really do to lower the heat. If you're trying to play games on it, there's why it gets so hot.

I usually use mine raised on a small stand, and it rarely ever gets hot. Even when running demanding stuff on it. I suggest you poke around for a stand.
