It says on their site it supports 31 different games.Try it for yourself.Make a simple map that's crap and takes 2 minutes so you don't waste time,and try it.

Yes you have to use map2dif to convert the map file into a .dif format which is what blockland recognizes look for it in the "game tools" section of the QuArK website.
