Well I Blender now says this:
Searching for Installed Python..... Got It!

but, when I try to use the dts exporter js installer file, It says

Current Folder does not contain exporter scripts!

and then When I extracted it to the Blender Folder, the Dts export option doesn't appear, and I had to install python 2.5.2, the older version. Please Help!
