Hi.
I am from Portugal, and the currency here is the Euro.

Therefore I cannot pay with dollars. I've used a calculator to see how much Euros is 19.95 dollars and it is around 14.78 euros (not sure)

And I can only pay with Credit Card. I don't have Paypal.
Is it still possible to purchase Blockland?

I don't think you can with Euros, I know a guy who lives in Brazil who had to convert his money to USD before buying the game.
Either way you win, because the Euro is more valuable than the dollar, so it's almost like you paid less.

But I'll just wait for Badspot to answer, maybe he's accepting Euros not that the value of the USD has dropped.

I think paypal may be your only answer. It's free and converts the currency for you
