I need a scriptor to make a script for this 'cause i dont know how to do it... it is my first vehicle

Because its your first vehicle and this applies to everyone, never release it.

Its better to never release your first add on, unless alot of people say it's good enough to release.

i recommend this....take a script from another vehicle.model looks good though.

Stop loving telling people that, that's never the right thing to do, people always forget up and overwrite existing datablocks.
EDIT: Do not release, if you want it to work then well you got some problems such as: Wheels aren't part of the model, That turret thar is gunna take some epic scripting, and that model is ugly as forget.
EDIT2: And if you were to make wheels that high the second you hit a bump that car would be through-the-ground.
