Its a japanese horror movie. I quite liked it, it has inspired many a nightmare for some reason, just the whole confusingness of it, and I am not one to usually be affected by horror movies.
Anyways, its like this one guy is trying to do an investigation for some news story and ends up finding a giant cave under tokyo where he finds this vampire-like creature and throughout the movie he is progressively going more and more insane and the twist at the end was quite interesting. The story does seem to be mixed up in the middle, but the beginning and end were really good. Its not so much a "boo! ahh!" scary movie as a kinda Donnie Darko style "wtf" movie. If you like japanese horror movies, I suggest you watch this.
