I seem to be haveing a little problem

When ever I host an internet game I can not spawn veichles, I can spawn them in LAN games and single player, any one know why?

Be more specific; where does the process of spawning one break? No spawn brick? No wrench menu? Hitting apply does nothing?

Go to your Advanced Config before you start your server, and change the really high values for items, vehicles, etc. to a lower number. High numbers such as 99999999 reset it to 0, thus resulting in no items/vehicle spawns.
