I was wondering when i host a online server i see it on http://returntoblockland.com/forums/serverMonitor.php but does it still mean other people can join it?

Others can only join it if:
1) The server is not full
2) The server is not passworded, or they input the correct password
3) The computer is directly connected to the modem, or if on a router and ports are forwarded.
4) The client has internet.

srry for double post but you can get free Super admin if anyone will help

The server appears to be dead.
Could result from the following reasons:
You are running on a router without forwarding your ports first.
The server is closed.

However, I believe you probably have the server open, so look up some topics on how to get your ports forwarded.

i seen a millions but none for a mac os x

I've looked at the guides for a Mac, it's very similar.
The only thing that's going to be different is setting up a static IP, which is no harder than doing it on Windows.
Doing the router settings is the EXACT SAME, just depends on which router you have.
