Well he said scripts with milkshape and then idk so if he doesn't know then i think its really not an answer. U are pretty much right, though.

Scripts: I really don't know much about them. But you use notepad or something to open them.

Modeling: For money use milkshape. For free use Blender. If you can't understand this, then your probably 4.
