an apostrophe can be used also as a plural..

"Noob's," would be when Noob is the object's name, and that object is showing possession.  Also, it could be "Noob has," "Noob is," etc.  But you were referring the plural form of Noob, which is Noobs.

Now, if the group of these Noobs were showing possession, then it would be Noobs'.
