I installed v11 but when I started it, it said I had to input my activation key. I opened v10 back up to check and see what my key was, but the v10 wouldn't work anymore. Is there anything I can do, or do I have to pay for Blockland all over again?

Yeah. It's not there which is weird because I know I saved it.

take the key.dat from the v10 folder and place in v11 folder

Chances are you were using a compromised key that has since been deactivated, then.
