What's that got to do with the people who CAN use blender completely ignoring this topic? If I saw a topic like this i would start working right away, it's not only fun but a nice way to practice making buildings.

You'd get more posts if it was 'Milkshape' city or 'Wings3D' or 'SketchUp' city; they're easier to comprehend than Blender.
