Getting a new Laptop tablet pc

I'm getting this in about a week or two, It will be my first laptop.

I didn't see its pressure sensitivity anywhere on that page, so I googled "HP TouchSmart tx2z series pressure sensitivity". From what I can see, the thing isn't pressure sensitive. I don't know if it matters to you, but if it were my choice, I'd just buy an actual tablet. You can get a Cintiq for that price, I think. At least an old one.

It doesn't say it is on the site but my dad's friend has the same laptop and it is pressure sensitive.

Yeah, after a bit more research I've found that the pressure sensitivity is simply only available in certain programs. Apparently Photoshop is not one of them(1 2 3). Still I'd like to know how sensitive it is, they never say on these sites.
