Author Topic: Zango failed again.  (Read 930 times)

While I was watching a video from machinma. As usual, the youtube ad popped up, and said "free psp games". Knowing that this may be another scam, I investigated it. Only to find the "Download Zango toolbar" at the bottom.

I'm not sure if I could get banned for piracy for posting the link, tell me and I'll remove it.

EDIT: Removed.

Just ignore it. We all know about this.

True, but I thought that this was the most recent one. Isn't it kind of ridiculous that they use such methods to download a toolbar that is not widely used?

It's adware, don't download it, it's a virus. They violated copyright several times. I'm surprised that someone didn't file a lawsuit at them.

There should be some sort of a law against publishing malicious content on the internet. I'm pretty sure everyone in the world hates getting a virus, and if I find the guy (through some magical manner) who wrote the virus that caused me to reformat 3 times, I'm going to rip his face off after forcing him to write up an anti virus designed to destroy it.

How elaborate!
