Well I haven't had good experience with ACER in the past, but those specs should at least run the game on medium settings. http://www.systemrequirementslab.com is great for finding out if and how well you can run a game.
Off-topic but funny, this is my PC's score for Half-Life 2:
The only reason being because it failed my OS because I'm running Windows 7, and System Requirements Lab can't detect Windows 7.
On Topic: Looks decent Digmaster, if you can find it for a low price.
