Now, when i go into singleplayer, get a tool and put it away my hand still stays up.

I only just noticed this recently so I don't know what I could do to put my hand down.

Please help.

that happened to me a few times but it went away, sorry but I don't know what I did to fix, or if it just went away.

I've had this happen to me before. When your hand is still up just click. Like how you can activate bricks or flail your arms. If your on a PC Left Mouse Button. That should fix it.

To put it down just press Q again

fail, that just keeps the hand up and shows tools menu, and it makes tool usable
