yeah, now i can build decent forts with good defenses.

but my old fort was like, a box with a huge panel that when you press a button, it dissapears giving you five seconds to shoot at intruders XD. then a door where I would put a brick behind it so no one could get in unless they pressed a hidden button above the door lol. it sucked.

I'm making a new one for an app which is basically a quarantine area.

Yes. I always loved the sound of connecting to a game and being greeted by a bunch of people who seemed cool. Now I go to a server, pay no attention to the cool connection sound and see which handicaps are here that got banned from my server. The good old days....

Old being the operative word there....
I got the game in V8, but my BL Forums account is fairly new... my old one got banned due to inactivity...The game used to be great, but it seems like there is a new uprising of complete and total morons that have alienated me from the game I loved... my first build was something on Modman's server "Clam City."
