ok my i have 1 weapon what i cant get to work for my job and thats Sniffs Barret M82

You need to find the UI name fore the Barret.

You can't just put "SNIPER RIFL"

The UI Name is the name that appears when you open the wrench GUI and look in the items menu. For example, the gun's UI name would simply be "Gun".

In CityRP you put down the datablock name of the item.
Not the UI name. For hammer you would put hammerItem.
So you have to go into the file and find the datablock name of the item you want..
