Author Topic: Sandvich's computer are broke  (Read 1249 times)

Every time I turn it on it will come up with the computer logo thingy and then ask
if i want safe mode, start windows normally or do last things that work
I chose everyone of them, each give me a blue screen then it repeats the process above.

Btw, I'm on a laptop with no disk insert thingy and can't get on anything with it.
Help the Sandvich?

Can you get the error code from the blue screen?

What kind of Computer is it? Same thing happened to me and mine is a Dell Inspiron 1525. But, I hope you did weekly backups (or at least one for that matter) if so, you might be able to save your computer by going into safe mode, and going to system restore (or repair, try both) and doing that from a back up point. Other wise, your mother board and hard drive might be shot. How old is the computer? I had a 1 year warranty, so I got fixes for free. I had to replace my mother board, hard drive, screen components, basically 70% of the computer. Took Geek squad a month and a half to fix, they sent it to Kentucky because they suck 0.o

Don't try to format it your self if you want to. Get computer people to do it, it will save you a lot of trouble if you can't fix it.

Lol, safe mode no work, blue screen when going into it.
Computer is only half a year old.
It's some piece of crap Windows xp acer

I can't get the error code cause it only comes up for like a split second. I managed to read at the bottom of it

This happened to me once.

Does your computer beep at all when it boots up?

Do you have an external back up? Do you have the OS disk? I don't know about XP, but you can run a system repair from the OS disk. Did you say you have no disk drive? Well, this sucks. You might need to take it to some computer people.

Couldn't understand half of that.

No

Ah, well for me it did the same thing but it beeped. And It turned out I inserted the graphics card I just bought incorrectly. :(

Does your computer have a disk insert thingy? I think you said it didn't. If it doesn't, I don't know what you'll do.

The thing is, I made no changes.

But, I turned it off during booting it up once accidentaly before the error.
Could that be the cause?

Nope

Hmmmph, I don't think a flash drive has enough memory to hold an OS or a backup...

Possibly an External Harddrive? You could rent one, maybe.
