I need help on a glitch

There is a glitch I have at my server. Every time i die it says that i didn't die,nothing pops up. But when someone else dies it says they die. And also when I kill someone in a minigame it shows the death CI and the players name and my name doesn't pop up at all. Please help tell me how to fix this glitch.

but if it really matters then you might need to try asking someone that knows what to say because idk about all that crap, i used to have that prob but i just took all my addons files out of my blockland folder then i redownloaded my blockland and then put the addons folder and it worked again, if it works then welcome, if it doesent, welcome
