Are you making a brick or a door?  Because of it's a simple brick, you don't use a .dts file for bricks...

I'm making a prop that works with prop_sys, but I have to know how big it has to be!
(brick will be a 1x1x3)

Well, I do this. I make a model in blender and get it to work first. After that, I scale it untill it works with a 1x1 brick. Then I use that size to know all my other sizes.

One horizontal unit is a brick width, I think. Half the size of the initial starting cube.

A brick is 1 Blender unit wide and 1.2 Blender units tall.
