Nope. It might if your on a mac or vista (I'm on vista and I can still host, don't know about mac) but I don't have a mac.

wait a hour or so, theres only about 40 people at a time on,

and i don't really want to tell you, theres tutorials everywhere(and i don't think your fit to host server)

Why isn't he? And also http://portforward.com/networking/static-vista.htm this will help you.
