Sure, if you can connect it to your computer. ;P
The heck can I do that?

Do I need blue tooth or somethin'?

bluetooth.
There is also a mac program called Darwin remote that can picks up the controller and all of its plugged in peripherals

I just use an old USB gamepad... With a PS3 layout.

I personally think that Badspot should add native gamepad support. I have a usb xbox 360 controller and its begging to be used without all these messy drivers :P

I'm not sure if Torque can do that, but I suppose it'd be cool if he could.

it can ( http://www.garagegames.com/community/blogs/view/3963 ), but no gamepad support for macs is a problem :|

:O
Do want, screw macs. ;P

Have fun with an xbox 360 controller that only works on the 360 :(
