its actually pretty complicated.
I use two programs, corell draw, a very sophisticated graphics program with no transparency, and paint.net which is a less sophistocated, free graphics program. i make the print on correll draw and copy and paste it onto paint.net then after adding transparency, make into a print.
for the planet diagram, I actually made it as a .png, had correll scan and duplicate it after changing into a .bmp, and then resized and fitted onto the various screens before copying.
