it says its not an LAN game

I have 2 problems:
1) when I try to join a server, it says its not an LAN game
2) I am banned from Irc, which I did on accident, and I dont know how long.  I have been told 3 weeks, which is a rediculous amoount of time.

Please do not post ambiguous topics.

The "This does not appear to be a LAN game" error occurs when your authentication does not complete and you are dropped back to offline mode.  Most likely firewall or security software that you have installed is blocking Blockland in some way.

This happened to me, I simply restarted Blockland.
