Server Issues.. Server Turns Up Dead When Everything Is Correct

I have done every thing accordingly to the www.portfoward.com tutorial (http://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Linksys/WRT54GS/Blockland.htm) and the regualr blockland tutorial.. even called my isp to ask about dns..
