To be a partner, you need to upload videos often, you also need to upload things that people generally like and, you need to stay active. I highly doubt they'd actually accept if you signed up.
I don't see how anyone could stay active on youtube without Self Delete.

It's usually nerds that have nothing better to do then blog. I mean look at Shane Dawson he even said that he was a nerd before youtube.

To be honest, it's not that hard to make and upload one video every week.

well unlike other websites, youtube has content you can embed anywhere at super ease.
for every million users you drag back to youtube they give you a penny or 2.

At around 5:00-6:00 the kids says that, he gets money everytime someone clicks an ad, he gets money.
Apparently, he makes like 3k a month.
