Can you broadcast with a computer video program?Or do I need a camera?If I can broadcast with a program, what do you suggest I use?

You can broadcast with a program.

Try something like SplitCam, VHCam, etc.

You could've asked someone on the site, they would've been happy to answer.

No, you do not need a webcam.

Drop uses webcammax. you open it, select your screen as the source and then choose webcammax for broadcasting.
If you're wondering how to broadcast consoles, I use the Dazzle DVC 100.
