Minigame Glitch?

I was hosting a dm today and I noticed you could not see who died and it would not keep track of points as a result of this.  The only reason for this I can think of is a messed up add-on but i haven't downloaded and add-on for about 3 weeks.  What should i do to fix this?

Blockland is not a mechanical device.  It does not wear out and have bits fall off or stop working.  This feature works fine in the default game so it is definitely an add-on causing this problem.  If you want help you are going to have to provide more information such as a console log.

If it's not a bot mod, it may be one of the oxygen mods or the Fire-Fighting mod, both of which have the capability by themselves to mess up your kills/kill icons and/or points system.
