Yes actually. So is every addon and map that gets made. It doesnt even have to be based off of Badspots work.

Im pretty sure the Terms of Service or w/e they're called say that any addon posted on this forum is owned by Badspot

Any derivative works of Blockland such as Add-Ons are not owned by Badspot.
