OOHH MY loving GOD I HATE COMCAST
Ugh. Where do I start...
WE moved into a new house too. We got the pack with all three, phone TV and internet. The internet sucks richards. Doesnt go as fast as they say it should. Internet goes down all the time. TV sucks too. Phone cuts out all the time.
Oh. and the customer service sucks also. WE had to threaten them that we'd cancel our service with them before they'd come down here.

FiOS is better from my experience.
- Responding service. Comcast's phone lines are always full so you can never ask for service
- Upgrading speeds in your area almost every month if you have a slow FiOS speed in your area
- Actual fiberoptics, unlike Comcast. Comcast simply advertised this after they found FiOS had it. Comcast is still loving cable.
- FiOS does not block torrent ports. Convenient when downloading games with a BitTorrent downloader

Silly.
I know that asking the local Verizon building works because my dad asked his boss to put in FiOS in our area, and the next day my dad had to put it in.
