AMD dual core optimizer Link broken?

The optimizer they gave was for the monitor, it didn't help me and since I have a ADM dual core, I will not be able to play blockland until I get a working link. It is the problem that makes blockland run too fast.

The link right here on this page that says "Download AMD Dual Core Optimizer" is in fact a link to the amd dual core optimizer.  I just downloaded it to verify and yes that is what it is.
