Evertime I download JVS it comes up with: You must start with a 64x64 Base:   The household props only become bricks, colorsets don't even come up! I really need help with This. Dose anyone else get this?

You probably have the Baseplate Rules thingy enabled. Just go to "start a game">add-ons>then uncheck the baseplate 64x64 rules.

Do you have RTB? Colorset_(blank) add-ons do not work without RTB.
You need System_Propsys for the props to appear. Otherwise the engine doesn't realize that mumbo-jumbo.
You must disable Script_TerrainBuildRules.
