It looks great! The only thing thats bugging me, is that its got a nose..

Cover up the nose with your hand, it looks terrible. A lot of people take the approach of physically copying the default Blockland face, and adding a bit of details then releasing it, the decal gets 'raving reviews' and is loved when really is is mediocre and not anti aliased. I wanted to make something different and more interesting for a change.

The nose and eyes are great, however, the mouth is a bit gorilla-ish.
