Okay, so I have this really old PC. It runs Windows XP and is REALLY SLOW!! I think I need a new Graphics/Video Card, and possibly a new Processor. I know you all hate my guts and want me dead, but I'm a total n00b when it comes to PCs. Can you PLEASE help me?

It would help so much if you told us some info on your PC, how much RAM you had, what processor and how fast it is, that sort of thing...
