As the leader of Studio BLACE, I would have to say this would not be a good approach to movie making.
1. "Must be in clan to have a lead role". Well that's just bullstuff, right there. In my opinion, one of the points of making clan movies is hiring new people. Finding hidden talent. If you are going to restrict over half of the parts to clan members, you will most likely gain no members from the movie.
2. The idea of the movie. Zombies attacking people? Yeah most original idea EVER! For your first movie you want to show everyone that you have original ideas, so they will apply for the clan, and it can grow. That is, if you still want to stick to the clan, which brings me to #3.
3. Starting the movie this early. If you only have 3 people in your clan, and over half of the parts are restricted to clan members, how will you pull it off without it looking terrible? This goes back to my suggestion of you dropping your clan and having your members join Studio BLACE so we can make better movies.
