Although not having used this in any of my builds, Im sure that when I get home I will have a play around and try to work out whatever you want to know... However for the moment, I believe there is a screenshot in the zip.
For an example look at the screen shot in the "Example" folder in the zip file.
Have a look in there and see if you can decipher what is happening.
