But if you mean Noobs as in the proper term noobs, for in-game, then No. That's just ID Discrimination. Newbs, sure, but that is just harsh to go and single out new players, who are in-experienced. Especially since it would appear that you, yourself are a noob.

Noobs are usually players who act like they know nothing, or don't know anything.
Newbies are players who are new to the game.

So if anyone was going to be banned, it would be the noobs, not newbies.

I am not denying the fact that i am a noob, when it comes to Blockland i am very much a noob, but my definition may not be the same as yours, i think a noob is someone who is new at a game and generally inexperienced at it. If that is your definition then yes i am a noob at blockland.
