Downloading Color sets

I really Need help downloading Truenos color set I mean I need some one to help me like step by step, I have vista and dont have RTB If it matters.

ok well first I Download (or save)  the the color set to the Blocklands add-ons Directory theirs my First problem. I press download Truenos coloer set, and a pop up comes up with 2 options
