Sound scripting help.

Something is wrong with my sound pack script and it won't work when I try to use it with events, I would like to know what the problem is on why it doesn't work with the events. This is my first script/add-on so I expected a problem I'd have to ask help with :P

preload should be true, I don't know what it does but it's always true.
