I support you here, Pandan, my Blocko Raceway got stolen by a half-assed mapper, he DID give credit, but butchered it and turned it into "Blocko Raceway winter" and the worst part he embarrased me by putting it on RTB, people thought it was HIS map and i really don't want the map on RTB anyway, for huge reasons.

Well, I don't think I can agree to the whole lot.
While it IS your mental property, I think that if he asked first and outlined to you precisely what he planned to do with it, changed it sufficiently and made a (big) sign saying "Map originally by Pandan/Mtn Dew" in the map plus credited you in the readme, then it would be fair.
As it is, I suppose it is little better than theft.
