How do I set up a server? I would like to know so me and friends can use.

And when he told me to right click and go to your IPs, there was no globe one. Someone please help.
Also, what ports need forwarding.

Skype is only for people who have good internet. I get up to like 150 ping on Tf2 when I'm Skype chatting with someone.
